BOARD MEETING MINUTES FOR APRIL 18, 2012
The Homeowners Association meeting held on APRIL 18, 2012 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Board Member Carey Rogers. Present were Board Members Bettina Johnson, Elizabeth Blair, and Jeff Litherland; Manager Karel deVeer, and one homeowner.
Minutes of the March 21, 2012, meeting were approved as amended.
Financial Report a. Treasurer Bettina Johnson reported our year to date budget through March 2012 is on target: Total Income is at 99.6% and Total Expenses at 87.2%. b. There are no new significant over or under budget items to be looked at this month.
3. Assessments, income, expenses, budget management, maintenance, and repair of the Development No items to discuss.
4. Architectural Change Requests Windows for 63-A North San Marcos Road was approved. Front door for 5122 A Calle Real was approved.
5. Old Business Manager Karel de Veer and Board President Dawn Lucian are still working on developing written rules for over-the-air reception devices.
New Business No new business to discuss.
