SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING FOR OCTOBER 17, 2012

The Homeowners Association Meeting held on October 17, 2012 meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board Members Bettina Johnson, Lynn Nichols, and Jeff Litherland; Manager Karel deVeer and two homeowners.

1. Board positions designated as the same. Dawn Lucian President, Bettina Johnson Treasurer, Jeff Litherland Secretary. Board positions approved.

2. Minutes of the September 19, 2011 meeting were approved.

3. Treasurer Bettina Johnson reported that our July through September
figures are as expected, the first quarter of our fiscal year is too
early to see any trends. Items above or below estimates are routine
seasonal, periodic, or capital project numbers.

4. Three architectural change requests were received for this meeting. All where approved.
55-B North San Marcos: Front Door
5060-B San Marcos: All windows and sliding door
5072-B San Marcos: Build carport storage area

5. No old business.

6. New business.
Request research building wood units to obscure/hide blue recycling containers.

33-B North San Marcos is published as a foreclosure.

Schedule of the December X-mas Party catered by Fresco will be December 7th at 6:00 PM.
