Board Meeting, February 19, 2020

MINUTES FOR THE SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
MONTHLY MEETING ON FEBRUARY 19, 2020

Dawn Lucian (President), Mike Porter (Vice President), Daniel Ortiz (Secretary) and Chad Lindblad (Member at Large) were in attendance. Manager Karel de Veer, 7 homeowners and 1 tenant were also in attendance.
The meeting was called to order by Dawn Lucian at 7:00 P.M.
1) The minutes from the January 15, 2020 meeting were approved along with the January 2020 financial report/statements (submitted by Bettina Johnson).

2) Revisit/Update on Spark Arresters: Dawn advised that the process of reaching out to owners without arresters is underway. So far, four owners are interested in procuring and adding an arrester to their chimney.

3) Architectural Change Request for 11 North San Marcos Rd. Unit A has been approved. Changes include: removal of back patio fence and expanded hedge growth for visible enclosure of patio.

4) Architectural Change Request for 21 North San Marcos Rd. Unit B has been approved. Changes include: replacement of windows in bedrooms and dining room and sliding glass door. All will have identical colored frames — matching with all other San Antonio Village units.

5) Board discussed evaluation and replacement of antiquated swimming pool/jacuzzi safety signs. Signs requiring updated rules or containing unreadable pool policy will be replaced. Reminder: only individuals over the age of 12 may enter and enjoy the jacuzzi.

6) 2020-2021 property budget will be completed by May of 2020 (at the latest).

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be on 3.18.20 at 7:00pm
