MINUTES FOR THE SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

MONTHLY MEETING ON JULY 15, 2020

Present: Dawn Lucian (President), Mike Porter (Vice President), Bettina Johnson (Treasurer), Chad Lindblad (Secretary), Diane Kirchner (Member at Large), 5 homeowners and Manager Daniel Ortiz

The meeting was called to order by Dawn Lucian at 7:00 P.M.

1) Minutes from the June 17, 2020 meeting were approved.

2) Bettina Johnson gave a financial report: At the end of June 2020 our total income is
$779,990 or 100.1% of our 2019-20 budget projection. Our total operating expenses are
$594,279 or 94.8%. Our other/rental income is $36,000 or 100%. Rental and Capital
expenses were $106,876 or 82.7%. June 2020 is the end of the fiscal year.

3) Architectural Change Request 5046-A: Owner intends to replace existing windows and
patio sliding glass door with Anlin brand windows and patio door. Board approved this
request.

4) Manager Daniel Ortiz updated the Village on current projects: Calle Real signage, Carrotwood Tree Trimming (to be performed by Santa Barbara County), Calle Real ingress and egress gates for security and Caltran’s responsibility to trim Eucalyptus trees on south side of Calle Real.

5) The ongoing dog noise issue between 9A and 9B was discussed. The Board asked Manager Daniel Ortiz to follow-up with the owner of 9A and their property manager – whose tenants currently own the dog.
