Welcome to San Antonio Village
San Antonio Village (SAV) is a Planned Unit Development of 152 units that was built by Midtown Construction in three phases in the early 1970s. Santa Barbara architect, Donald Pedersen, designed the units with the distinctive high ceilings that characterized his award-winning style. The SAV community comprises fifteen acres of landscaped grounds and a recreation complex that includes three pools and a recreation room. The Association has won awards for landscaping from both Santa Barbara Beautiful and the Goleta Beautiful organizations.
The SAV community provides residents with a safe and friendly environment that has encouraged many to remain in the village for decades.
