BOARD MEETING
June 17, 2009
The June 17, 2009 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners’ Association was called
to order at 7:30 p.m by Board President Dawn Lucian. Also present were Board members
Peter Sturken, Pat Snyder and Bettina Johnson, and SAV Manager Karel de Veer.
Meeting Minutes
The minutes of the May 20, 2009 were reviewed and approved.
Financial Report
The financial; report year-to-date report for July 2008 through May 2009 was reviewed
by the Board. The capital maintenance projects completed during the fiscal year include:
streets resealed, double-pane windows installed at Association-owned unit, retro fit of
pool drains, purchase of new van and replacement of pool umbrellas.
Architectural Change Request
An Architectural change request for 5078-B to remove two sections of wooden fence
was approved. Also approved was a new door for 5086-B with the stipulation at the door
be in a light mahogany (235) shade.
The Board adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
