Board Meeting May 20, 2009


The May 20, 2009 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners’ Association was called to order
at 7:30pm by Board President, Dawn Lucian.  Also present were Board Members Peter Sturken,
Bettina Johnson and Carey Rogers; SAV Manager, Karel de Veer and Tim Hodgson; and one

Minutes for the meeting of April 15, 2009, were approved as presented.

Tim reported that the windows in the manager’s unit were replaced with one exception.  One
bedroom window was not delivered and will be replaced next week.

The Financial Report for July 2008 to April 2009 was reviewed by the Board.  Our expenses are
at 93.9% and our income is at 99.8% for the fiscal year to date.
Karel reported that the spa requires a second drain to comply with Federal regulations.  It will be
installed in June when the new coating is done and the cost for both will be $6,500.  The streets
are due to be slurry-sealed in June.

We did not receive any architectural change requests for this period. We did receive a request
from homeowners Tim & Deb McCoy to remove pepper tree next to their unit as it has grown
quite large and may damage their slab or roof.  Request was approved by the Board.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
