Board Meeting Apr. 15, 2009


The April 15, 2009 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners’ Association was called to order
at 7:30pm by Board President, Dawn Lucian.  Also present were Board Members Peter Sturken,
Bettina Johnson, Pat Snyder and Carey Rogers; SAV Manager, Karel de Veer and Tim Hodgson;
and one homeowner.

Two corrections to the minutes for the meeting of March 18, 2009, were requested by Pat
Snyder. Paragraph 3: “Our February monthly expenses are at 80.9%”. Paragraph 5: “Peter
Sturken has also <had previously> requested”. The minutes were approved as amended.

President Dawn Lucian reported that the committee to redecorate the Recreation Room had
purchased three new couches from Lazy Boy on Monday, April 13th. They are being made and
should be delivered in about 6-8 weeks. When the couches have been delivered, the committee
will meet again to select new carpet.

Treasurer Pat Snyder presented the Financial Report for July 2008 to March 2009.  Our expenses
are at 93.2% and our income is at 99.9%.

We did not receive any architectural change requests for this period.

The Board and the manager reviewed the Reserve Study (Long Term Capital Replacement Plan).
The recommendation made by Stone Mountain Corporation is to contribute $93,998 for the next
fiscal year into the capital reserves.  Motion passed unanimously by the Board.
