Board Meeting Jul. 21, 2010


The July 21, 2010 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners Association
was called to order at 7:30pm by President Dawn Lucian.  Present were
Board Members Lynn Nichols, Peter Sturken and Carey Rogers; SAV Manager, Karel de Veer;
Timothy Hodgson and three homeowners.

1. The minutes for the meeting of June 16, 2010, were approved.

2. Manager Karel de Veer gave the financial report for June 2010 and
year to date.  For June, our budgeted income is at 99.8% and
budgeted expenses are at 97.4%. For year to date, our income is at
100.3% and expenses are at 99.1%. The new fee of $330 per unit took effect on 7/1/10.

3. Two letters had been received by the Board regarding the noise situation
at 51A N San Marcos Road.  After consideration by the Board, it was decided that Karel and Dawn
will contact the owner of 51A to discuss the problem and see if there can be a mutual resolution.
Karel will also consult our attorney
regarding new case law.

4. No architectural change requests received this month.

5. Motion was made to cancel the August meeting.  Approved.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
