Board Meeting June 21, 2011


The Homeowner’s Association Board meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board members Lynn Nichols and Bettina Johnson, Manager Karel De Veer, Tim Hodgson and 23 homeowners.

1. Minutes of the meeting of May 18, 2011 were approved.

2. Karel de Veer gave the financial report. For May we are at 100.4% net income and 96.1% total expense. Year to date income is at 100.1% and expenses are 93.9% of budget.

4. Architectural change requests: 5068-B Calle Real – New front door – approved 5862-A Calle Real – New window – approved

5. David Borgatello, Vice-President of Marborg Industries met to clarify the differences between the costs and services provided to residents of San Antonio Village and other Marborg residential customers, and to answer many specific questions about individual needs. He also explained the context of Santa Barbara County required changes to providing greener trash service. Regular trash will be picked up every Monday and recycling every other Monday starting July 5 (one day delay due to the holiday).

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
