SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING FOR JUNE 19, 2013

The Homeowners Association Meeting held on June 19, 2013 meeting was called to order at 
7:00pm by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board Members Joel Naftali, Jeff Litherland, 
Bettina Johnson, the manager Karel deVeer and one homeowner.

1. Minutes of the May 15, 2013 meeting were approved with corrections.

2. The treasurer, Bettina Johnson, presented the financial report. We are in good shape.

3. Two architectural change requests were received for: this meeting, both approved. 
67-A North San Marcos Rd: Replace Existing Windows
5064-B Calle Real: Sliding Doors and Kitchen Window

4. No Old Business

5. New business

The board has approved a new carpeting estimate for the sauna hallway.
Pool security and the after 10:00 PM incidents this summer have been under control but do 
happen. Tim Hodgson has provided assistance in monitoring abuse. The limit of guests per 
homeowner over the age of 18 is three, under 18 is one. The board does not believe a security 
system is worth the expense at this time.
