SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 18, 2009

Board Vice-President, Peter Sturken, called the November 18, 2009 meeting of the San Antonio
Village Owners Association to order at 7:36pm.  Present were Board Members Lynn Nichols,
Bettina Johnson and Carey Rogers; SAV Manager, Karel de Veer; Tim Hodgson and one
homeowner.

The minutes for the meeting of October 21, 2009, were approved.

Manager Karel de Veer gave the financial report for October 2009.  Our budget  is on target.
Year to date income is at 100.3% and expenses are at 96.5%. No unusual or unexpected expenses
so far this year.

The Board received written descriptions for the jobs of Manager, Maintenance Foreman and
Landscape Foreman.  Since  we do not have a landscape foreman at present, Karel and Tim are
splitting these duties with the exception of the actual gardening.  That portion is being done by
our three gardeners with supervision provided by Karel and Tim.

The architectural change request made by the owners of 5130B for a motorized awning in their
patio was discussed at length.  Peter Sturken had looked at similar installations in other
complexes and reported on his observations. SAV association rules do not allow for this type of
awning and on an unanimous vote, it was decided by the Board not to make an exception.

The SAV Holiday Party will be held on December 2nd in the clubhouse. Fresca will provide
catering again this year.

No new business.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
