SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
MINUTES FOR MARCH 16, 2011
The Homeowners Association Meeting held on March 16, 2011 meeting of the San Antonio Village Owners Association was called to order at 7:30pm by President Dawn Lucian. Present were Board Members Bettina Johnson and Carey Rogers; SAV Manager, Karel de Veer; and two homeowners.
1. Minutes of February 16, 2011 meeting were approved.
2. Karel De Veer gave the financial report. We are on budget for expenses year to date at 93.4%.
3. No items to discuss.
4. No architectural change requests received this month.
5. No old business to discuss.
6. New business: Karel presented our Reserve Study (Long Term Capital Replacement Plan) for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011. With our current annual reserve contribution of $118,000 ($64.69 per member per month), our reserves will be more than adequate to meet long term projections for capital expenses. We do not need to make any changes in the association fees to meet our goals.
The Reserve Study was approved by the Board.
