MINUTES FOR THE SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING FOR SEPTEMBER 15, 2021
Dawn Lucian (President), Diane Kirchner (Vice President), Chad Lindblad (Secretary), Mike Porter (Treasurer) and Ken Masuda (Member at Large) were in attendance. Manager Daniel Ortiz, Maintenance Supervisor Kent Harris and five homeowners were also in attendance.
The meeting was called to order by Dawn Lucian at 7:30 P.M.
1. The minutes from the September 16, 2020, annual meeting were approved
2. President’s Report: Dawn Lucian
a. Current Board members were introduced by Board President Dawn Lucian
b. Dawn Lucian presented a summary of activities from fiscal year 2020-2021
i. Village Tree Health Awareness and Conservation
ii. Community Theft Vigilance: bikes, vehicles and unenclosed belongings
iii. Pool/Spa and Common Area: expectations, etiquette and common decency
iv. Increased communication from Management on internal/external issues impacting the Village to Residents/Owners and more focused outreach and dialogue with the community
v. Successful Summer HOA Event
3. Mike Porter presented a summary of financial activities for the July 2020 – June 2021 fiscal year
4. The following people were elected to one year Board terms:
a. John Carter
b. Diane Kirchner
c. Dawn Lucian
d. Ken Masuda
e. Mike Porter
The 2022 annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 7:30 P.M.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
