4. President Statement on 2026-2027 Budget
a. Dawn spoke at length about last meeting’s 2026-2027 budget vote and explained why she voted “yes” on a $615/month assessment. She advised that her HOA experience and financial perspectives have led her to be more conservative when building budgets: slight room for potential issues (which she has seen as a Board member for more than 20 years). She felt $615/month gave the HOA more calculated protection and reduced chances of a possible special assessment for all Homeowners.
5. Architectural Changes:
a. 55A: Owners and Board decided to push approval to a future date until more information can be provided and an HOA Solar Panel Policy can be created
b. 5060A: Front Retractable Screen Door (Tan) addition was approved by the whole Board
Meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm
Respectfully submitted by Daniel Ortiz, General Manager
